I have always been an athlete-- Football, wrestling in high school, Football in college. I always excelled in the strength and condition aspects of training for these sports. In my freshman year of college i squatted 620lbs (65lbs shy of the 15 year strong record.) Unfortunately college ended up falling through for me. i bounced around from school to school for a couple years and eventually gave up the sport altogether, heading home for the local community college. i went through a spiral lasting a year or so. eventually found the gym again and hit it HARD. continued to do so until i met my the current woman of my dreams Becca(shes the best), who opened my eyes to the importance of nutrition. played around for some time with different programs, diets, fads which eventually lead to a complete lifestyle overhaul --mental, physical, and spiritual. from there i worked my @ss off to shed around 30 lbs and ever since i have been working harder and harder every day to gain lean mass and progress in balance! someday...... someday, everyone will know me and hear what i have to say.
100% the mental improvement i receive from training. On a daily basis i push past what i think i can do until i hit complete and total exhaustion-- which is nothing short of euphoria for me. this mentality that i have towards training has leaked its way into every other aspect of my life and that my friends, is the most beautiful part of this lifestyle. I work to break the threshold in everything i do now, and since i have started doing so i finally feel like my life has been heading in the direction of success, and no longer disappointment. addicted to waking up early, eating healthy, thinking positive and pushing harder than anyone i come across IM NEVER TURNING BACK!!
