I needed organization in my life and an outlet for my energy and personal drive. Moreover, I had a terrible diet (I have a really big sweet tooth) that was influencing my overall health, and I knew that I had to get my diet in check if I wanted live a long, healthy, and fruitful life. Once I saw how similar my diet was to bodybuilding diet I began working out and never looked back!
Why I Love it
I love the never-ending personal challenges, health benefits, and the dynamic nature of the sport. Additionally, bodybuilding/working out has showed me that anywhere there is a challenge, there is a major opportunity available. By applying the same fundamental principles of bodybuilding/working out to my life, I have been tremendously successful in all my aspirations! I also love being an inspiration to others and helping them in achieving their respective goals.
