It all started with the mirror! Yeah seriously, I was skinny since my childhood but one fine day when I just took of my shirt and looked at myself in the mirror, it was awkward,I felt like I never gave attention to my body. That's when I decided to get into bodybuilding. A good body,mind and health was like my major preference. Since then I've been lifting and happy with my results!

Its a great stress buster. That feeling you get when you just enter the gym. Its different, I never felt that before. No matter how stressed or upset you are, the gym take it away from you! Besides working out shows me what I am capable of and to what extent I can go to change my body!! :D
