Started "Experimenting" with what I thought was working out in the 8th grade, Strength and conditioning was a class I had for a one hour period. Definitely kick started my interest. Throughout freshman and sophomore year of High School I gathered a bench together and some dumbbells and some other bars and items that I could find that people were getting rid of. Definitely made some gains, small, but there, from my 9" biceps to a whopping 12", chest got bigger, back, shoulders, but that was about it. Started watching videos online, really got into the sport of bodybuilding. I was about 125 - 135 pounds, and 5'10". Tall and skinny i was always super thin, barely any muscle to work with. Then junior year rolled around. I knew the basics of bodybuilding and nutrition and really took it to the next step. I learned a great deal about nutrition and got into power lifting with a few of my buddies. Dead lift soon became my favorite lift, seeing as I could lift my whole weight set, a whole 300 pounds. As soon as I got into power lifting and got my lifts and form down, i set off on a whole new part of my lifting experience i guess we can call it. So here I am 18 years old as of February 185lbs just shy of 6 foot making gains like i should. Really interested in taking this as far as I can.
