I started working out junior year of high school , when i found wrestling and fell in love with the competitive nature of the sport. You have no choice but to get stronger! Most sports if you lose you lose as a team, in wrestling its one on one with a guy whose roughly the same weight and size. Don't get me wrong wrestling is a sport of skill and technique, but anybody who has wrestled before can tell you, it doesn't matter how skilled your opponent is if you can control his every move with brute strength.
Working out allows me to break away from the norm, everyday is a different challenge a different goal. Theirs so many combinations of programs and exercises being created everyday, you can literally workout for years and not feel like your doing the something. Not to mention the natural rush you get from pushing yourself to the breaking point everyday, just to wake up the next day a better you. Working out is a life style that i gladly embrace and i wouldn't trade it for anything!!!
