I loved workout when I was younger and playing sports, then life happened. I joined the military and I know it's no excuse but it was very hard to workout. I now have two boys and I was playing with them when I got winded. I looked at the scale and it said 301. I had enough I started eating right and working out again. Today I am down 47 pounds and a few inches. This is not where I am stoping, one of my goals is to compete. It may not be tomorrow but I will be there one day.
It's a great stress relief for me and it helps me get my day started since I mainly workout in the am. I also love showing my boys what it feels and looks to be healthy. They are there eating all the food I prepare for me and my family. I love to cook so I mostly make the meals while my wife and kids clean up afterwards. I can't believe my sons who are younger than 8 both learned to love fish and veggies. I am truly a blessed man.
