I started lifting when I was 12 years old playing football in middle school. I had always loved the feeling of getting stronger and faster and striving to be the best athlete that I could possibly be. Later, I was recruited and went to play at the collegiate level for the United States Military Academy at West Point as a Defensive Back. After my years of football, I has lost the desire for going to the gym. During my athletic career, I had always lifted for strength rather than size and realistically I wasn't going to put on 20 lbs of muscle nor was I willing to. Going into Army, I realized that I needed to hit the pavement and become a runner. While in the running world, I seldom went to the gym. Day by day looking more and more like a marathon runner. Then i discovered the world of Aesthetics/Physique/Fitness bodybuilding competitions. Guys like Jeff Seid, Greg Plitt, Ulisses Jr inspired me to get back into the gym! So here I am with a goal of one day being a fitness model and national physique competitor while serving in the Military
