I started with keto in 28th February 2018 and since then im doing everything i can to lose bodyfat. I enjoy what i do and hope to continue doing so. I have been eating alot of garbage over the years and im ready for a change. I want to be able to feel well and have energy throughout my days.
Update: I did keto for a few months. I lost a lot of weight but unfortunately ended up with no muscles left. Right now many years later i have started to diet properly without any keto or other diets. But with proper macros and calorie intake. I started a few months ago cutting and since then i have gone from 97 to 91 kilograms plus i have added strength in the gym.
Because it gives back strength to my body. Years without training made my body feel weak. I experienced back pains. I also like to get rid of the fat as it makes me more uncomfortable to have fat. Hoping that i can have time to continue dieting and going to the gym in the future and also wish myself luck.
