I saw "Pumping Iron" in high school, one of my best friends and I would hit the gym after school pretty routinely. My friends parents owned a cold stone creamery, we both knew to get big we had to eat a ton of calories, so we started mixing protein powder in with about 4-5 large scoops of ice cream with brownies and twix all over it...Turns out there is a lot more to it than just "calories".

It's a great stress release and the best part is setting a goal and then breakin right through it!
