My brother originally started working out and I noticed an insane amount of gains on him. It was really easy to see that his confidence grew along with everything else. I first wanted to try to just get a little bit of size to just experiment with if I was actually capable of devoting myself to the sport. I saw some beginner gains and I started to do some research and began lifting seriously and starting incrementing supplements and a solid diet into my program. I've always wanted to play college basketball and I knew with height missing that maybe I could make up for it in size so that I wouldn't get bullied around. So that's really what keeps me going. Trying to play college basketball, the love for my body has grown immensely and most likely will continue.
Just wanting to see how long I can dedicate myself to working out. It's always a challenge with trying to eat clean and get myself into the gym. I love seeing pictures of myself a while back and looking in the mirror and seeing how much my body has changed. It's a work of art, truly, just seeing what the human body is capable of and how far you can truly push it. The biggest thing that makes me smile is probably just seeing old friends, or friends or family you haven't seen in a while and they're just in awe of what you've become and how much you've grown, them telling you that "You've gotten so big." is probably one of the better feelings in life.
