I began lifting weights in High School, as an alternative to normal P.E. Class. I have been hooked ever since. While I have not been a "hardcore" lifter, I have always maintained certain levels of strength. I have owned my own bench and weight sets for 20 years, and do not think I could do without them.

I love the feeling I get when I push my body to its limit. While I do not want to be huge, I really want to be defined, and to be truly proud of who I am and how I look. When it all comes down to it, I do not want to be another typical "Unhealthy American", and indeed want to be as healthy as possible.
