i just recently started working out again, i quit working out for about 5 years and im back at it again. the hardest part was starting. im really hoping my progress with take me to doing great things. it was depression that got me to start working out. losing my sister was the hardest part and i couldn't take it anymore of being depressed. i dedicating all my progress on my sister and myself as well.
