I was always active throught my teen years with highschool sports and dance classes. After I went to college I got LAZY and didn't care what I ate, plus I drank quit a bit of beer on the weekends and some weekdays..hey it was college! After three years and putting on over 30 pounds I was unhappy, had no self confidence and got winded walking to class (I literaly browk a sweat walking to calss some days!) It was pathetic. I knew when I moved home and my dad told me he was going to have to widen the front door if I didn't start making a change that I needed to start doing something, ANYTHING really. So I started off slow going to the gym 3 days a week doing a litttle cardio and lifting very light weights. It help I dropped the first 10 pounds very easy. I somehow lost another 9 pounds over the next year without really doing anything to my diet and not changing my workout awhole lot. Now its time to bust my butt and get the last 10-15 pounds off and get SEXY!
Working out and lifting not only makes me feel great about myself inside and out but it also makes me feel badass when people ask me how I do a certain move or comment on the changes they see in my body. I love for poeple to compliment me instead of the old, well its common to put on weight..NO PEOPLE I don't want to be like the common fold I want to be like the few badasses in the world that care about their bodies and what they put inside of it!
