Hi I'm Jen!
So I am restarting my bodyspace account. Let's see, back in 2010 sometime I opened my Bodyspace when I decided I was tired of feeling slow, constantly tired for no reason and not to mention constant stomach problems that went along. I was doing great for a few months but unfortunatly old habbits die hard :( went back to eating unhealthy and doing very lil physical activity. So here I am again jumping on the fitness train hoping to keep motivation to change my life not only just to look better but to feel better. Skinnyfat to lean and muscular.

I love working out and eating right because it should be the way of life...to live life feeling great and looking it. Our body deserves respect.
