I want to be fit once and for all. No more up and down in weight. Just live fit.

At age 15 I was 6' tall and hit 298 lbs on the scale. It was time for a change. I picked up hiking as a hobby and a weightlifting as a class my junior and senior year. I dropped 70 lbs in 2 years not really changing what I ate. Since high school I have kept the weight off for the most part, but in the last two years I went back up to 258 and decided that I wanted to get healthy. Not just drop some weight, but I want a 4, 6, something pack instead of my keg. I now workout 4 days a week and have been since November 2012. I started low carb on April 1, 2013. I My goal is 199. I haven't seen a sub 200lb on the scale since I was 12.
