I've been working out since I was a teenager in high school running track & field and playing other sports in the gym. My physical training continued when I joined the U.S. Army. After I got out of the military, I continued to exercise, but no where near as intense as I use to due to knee injuries. I'm staying active as much as I can.

I love to work out because it makes me feel good mentally and physically.
