Have always been active in sports track/basketball but got started into weights with my brother over 25 years ago. Now in my late 40's I started re-thinking things about my health after not doing too much in the past 10 years. In a program at work that has personal trainers now I am back in it. Have a goal for next year to be one of the baddest 40 somethings around!
