Started getting serious in lifting in 2006 while playing college baseball in Michigan. After joining the military I really decided to turn the training up when I was stationed at Mountain Home AFB from 2007-May 2010. Now stationed at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2010, what better place to be for fit people and the fitness industry! Active duty Air Force going on 9 years strong! Just received my INBA/PNBA Natural Men's Physique Pro Card on 2APR16. Time to step my game up some more!!

Whether it's a good day or a bad day the gym gets me into the healthy mindset and better prepares me for the next day. I take nutrition one day at a time, other than meal prep lol, and set future goals to keep motivation. The military has tried, many times, to hinder my progression in the fitness industry and within these next couple years competing and landing sponsorship are goals set for myself. I will never give up and will continue to better myself each and every year, day by day!
