There comes a time when your moving from teenage to young adult and you want to push your self ahead,
i was a basketball player and musician , during my teenage i use to get sick every 3 months. I use to get hospitalised that led me to giveup on basketball aswell. I just use to hate being me,but a old friend of mine (very skinny!!) started to workout . he was trying very hard to put on mass but was unable to, but his dedication was amazing and seeing his results after months! i just got a shot on my head and realised THIS IS IT,
as health is the route for success
lets do it
and since then i just love it!
i been on and off due to medical condition but i ain't giving up
I love to workout because
I want to change my present and look from the future to this day
and say "I didn't give up"
Gym is like a Second home to me , when ever in any confusion ,I just go for a run or workout to get myself onto the track
