I set some weight loss goals for after I had my second child (60 pound gain) and met them within 3 months, ever since then I've just been setting mini goals and trying to take my body and fitness abilities to the next level. The more results I get, the harder I work
Why I Love it
Its one of the few things in life I have complete control over. I determine what I get out of it. People think they can never look like those fitness models but we are all equally capable of attaining the "perfect" body. I just want it more, I love feeling strong!
