I started working out on June 26, 2012 and i weight about 129lbs and the reason i started workout out again is because i want to transform my body. I actually started exercise back in my 20th bday. I know few basic exercise like push ups ab crunch bicep curl. I didnt really lift any weights and pretty much doing cardio like running. After that i got side track and quit on exercising because of work. And at the age of 25 i came back working out and did alot of ab workout because my belly is showing some fat and abs are gone now. When i got what i wanted on my abs i quit again for a year. Then one day at work i think iit was around june 20 2012. My friend was talking about working out and getting big. So i got hype and told me to workout. So me and my friend did a 9 month program challenge who ever get the most reult in 9 months wins. Then i shop online and bought some weight gainers whey and all the protein that i need. On june 26 2012 thats when i started working out . Lifting weights cardio you name it. And then i got stuck with it keep on going.And i will continue workout out until i reach my goals..
