I realized my age is flying by and you're not going to be young forever. I believe as much as you put in, your body will put out.

My motto "Take care of your body, as you mature and age throughout the years, your body will take care of you".

First and foremost, bodybuilding/working out promotes a healthy lifestyle. Healthy living increases work output and productivity. It makes the days flow better and for me, it's my sweet escape from the madness of the world. For a few hours out the day, I can forget about it all.

And it's attractive.
