Used to be 220lbs by 2004 when I just decided to do something rather than moaning about my looks. At first it was diet only, then I tried lifting weights... and now I'll never stop, ever!

Gym time is me-time, the time of the day where it's about my well being, health and looks. But it's also about what I can do to help others reaching their goals, which makes it rather special at times.
