I was in martial arts for over five years. and sports called tricking (i still do) so i was a athlete a long time.
one day 4-17-13 i had a bro over. so i was like yo i got some 20 pound dumbbells bro. you want to curl them and do some shoulders. we used them and was sore for four days...srs after that we started using my friends 30 pound dumbbells to press using a tire as a bench. in the summer not having a lot of money and no car. i had a planet fitness gym a few blocks away. yes. i hate planet fitness and i don't think its a real gym, but it was that or nothing. so i went there and used the smith and there 75 pound DB's to lift. been there over a year. now getting a bench of my own and going to go to LA fitness to start lifting for real soon. i never missed a week of gym. at the moment i have a ripped knuckle band and after this heals i hope to be back in gym going hard on a lean bulk coming the start of 2015. right now im just doing what i can to lift with open hands. i am natty as you can see. altho i might one day get on the juice, but after i pay my dues and learn my diet and get close to my genetic max. years from now. if so i will let everyone know. stay aesthetic bruh's
