I've always been very active at a young age. I played sports till I was 15. Once I stopped playing sports I joined a local gym and have been working out ever since. It hasn't been till this past year that I have been paying more attention to my diet and exercise program. I am attempting the Livfit program, we will see how that goes.

I am one of those people that needs to have a focus. Working out allows me to challenge myself and relieve stress. To me, it's a constant project that never ends.
