I got started working out while i was in the Marines. All through out highschool i was known as Bannana because i was so skinny the slightest bump would of caused me to bruise junior year i grew 7inches in 3 months that summer leading into my senior year i was 6'7" weighing in at a whopping 151lbs skinny wasnt the word for it. I went to a highschool so small that we didnt even have a football team. So i never got intruduced to working out or weight lifting tell i decided to join the Corps. Boot camp was my first taste into Pain Is Weakness Leaving The Body. After bootcamp an MCT MOS school was when i started to go to the gym on a regular basis an really got hooked. I was just learning about suppliments an using starter programs.
My first duty station Okinawa Japan an the House of Pain is where my workout became my obsession thats where I started to really dig deep an show some serious gains.
I love working out for only a couple of reasons an those reasons have became the foundation for my life. First reason is you get to push your body to its breaking point useing every muscle to create a masterpeice through pain an dedication. Second reason is because of the confidence you gain when yesterdays max becomes tomorrows start. You an the iron form a deep relationship of trust. It will never lie to you an it will always tell you when your not giving it 100%. An the third reason an honestly the most important to me is. In my line of work working out saves my life. The more sweat I pour while training leads to less blood poured in battle. An if its gonna be the reason that I make it back home safe. how could I not love it an put everything i have into it.
