I lost a 54 pounds on my own with just cutting out fast food and junk. After I saw these results I got more serious and started becoming more serious and got into lifting weights, cut out most processed foods (bodybuilder diet), and started toning up. I challenge my body everyday with new limits and challenges.
Total lost =70 pounds =)

Great stress relief, getting stronger mentally & physically, get more toned but not too bulky. Also training to get faster on my running time.
