At age 5, my parents signed me up for soccer, basketball, and baseball. I have only recent stopped playing soccer and baseball, but I still play basketball. All of my training is centered around being a better basketball player.
Currently, I have taken the season off and I do crossfit 5 days a week, to keep in shape. I do not eat Paleo, not am I too concerned about supplements. I just eat whatever I want, and then try to take a multivitamin and protein.
I feel good, I (think I) look good, I can eat whatever I want, and its a great stress reliever. Weight lifting and plyometrics push me to my limits and Crossfit helps me break through them. Then I do yoga to balance and improve flexibility. And, of course, basketball is so much fun.
