It's been a constant battle between mind, and body with me. I am an extremely skinny young woman, my weight ranging in the 80's, a metabolism that's out of this world, and high t4 levels. Genetics have not been my friend throughout the years. This past month I began lifting weights, and I've never felt more confident and powerful. Yet, no one realizes that being in the gym is about gaining weight for me! About strength, and sticking to my guns. Not giving up on myself, and never showing weakness. About a healthy lifestyle and developing good habits early. The gym, the weight rack, it's so much more than a program or a diet to me. It's about creating a lifestyle, and praying that others will realize where and what it has brought me, and want that for themselves to. Eat clean, train mean, live lean! Simple as that.
