I played football and participated in field events (POLE VAULT) in high school. I enjoyed working out but once I graduated, I lost almost all of my muscle mass and eventually became fat. I went from 215 somewhat muscular (football shape) down to soft flabby 180 pounds. As a freshmen in college, I gained fat weight and eventually became a fat slob. I stopped working out and began eating everything bad like cookies, cake, ice cream, pizza, smoothies, starbucks fraps, the worst! I noticed I did not like my appearance or self-esteem so I began to hit the gym 6-7 days a week. After a long dueling change to my diet and routine, I went from a out-of-shape 215 of fat to 168 ripped with an 8-pack!!!
I enjoy being in the gym pumping the weights and watching my body progress.
I also enjoy helping others workout because it feels good helping others achieve their goals.
When others ask for tips, I offer my assistance being training or nutrition!
