I used to be in really great shape and was an avid climber. Kids and life took over and I lost interest in training. About a year and a half ago I was diagnosed with advanced stage bone cancer, which led to major surgery, about 2/3 of my femur was removed and replaced with donor bone, steel rod through both bones hip to knee, and a full hip replacement. Spend many months in a wheelchair. Many months on crutches. Many months on a cane. Just now getting to the point I can work out again. During all of this, my new baby was born and needed open heart surgery upon birth. We are both unstoppable now. F*** 2013. Ready to tear down the sky!

This is my way of proving to my kids and others battling cancer what is possible when you focus your mind, body, and soul on one goal. Anything is possible. Anything is attainable. This is my man to LION transformation.
