I was in the Navy for five years and loved how I felt working out then. After getting out I put on almost one hundred pounds and lost my definition. I have started and failed many times but not this time! I am determined this time and focused. I will achieve my goals!

It makes me feel good inside and out. It's soothing to be alone with your music and to workout. I love the feeling of needing to go to the gym and workout instead of going home to watch tv or go to sleep. I'm no longing wasting my life... I'm improving it.
