I was a football, basketball, and competition weight lifter in high school so I've always been big into the gym. After leaving the Marine Corps in 2009 I went through a period of depression and gained over 120 pounds. I ended up with high blood presser along with other issues, but in 2013 I made a complete change and got back on the right path. I've lost 100 pounds, with IIFYM, and a KETO diet, tabata, crossfit, Olympic lifting, and HIIT. I feel great and look to do great things in 2015.

Working out and hunting seems to be the only things that completely free my mind. normally after my sessions I am to tired to allow stress and worries to bother me.
