My Dad was an amazing trainer of many male and female champions. I grew up going to his gym and can not imagine a good week in my life without lifting.

Bodybuilding connects me to my Dad who was my trainer. My Dad has now passed and every time I pick up a weight I feel him next to me.

My gym time is before work here in Hollywood California. My life is consistently stressful and weightlifting calms my rage and further keeps me from kicking someone in the neck at work.
