I always wanted to get in better shape but fell into bad habits when I was younger. Finally got the motivation to go after what I wanted and was hooked. Each year I find my passion, drive, and intensity increasing and love every second of the journey.

It makes me feel motivated and energetic as well as provides a continual goal to achieve. I love the discipline of the lifestyle and challenging myself on a daily basis. What may seem like sacrifices to others has just been eliminating distractions/hindrances, I wouldn't have it any other way.
