I've always loved sports. When I joined a serious track team, that's when it got REAL. Since then I've always taken the whole "working out thing" seriously...it's become part of my self-esteem...I feel like a bum when I don't do it. Bitter and sweet relationship I suppose.

I love the results from working out...pushing myself so I can look back and see just how far I've come...the best feeling I've come to know. I've learned a lot of lessons about myself and life from working out.
