I first started training back in 2007 in my home country Sri Lanka.Once i came to Australia in 2009,i continued that process.I never followed a proper plan or a proper diet.Even If did,i wasn't able to finish it.I was a very skinny kid back in high school.As i remember,i was less than 50Kg.I never took part in any sort of a sport at all.
Once High School finished at Royal College in 2007,i started gaining weight and also began training as well.Deep down i always wanted to train once high school finished.By the time it was 2008 i was 70kg.But i was never in proper shape.I must have had a body fat around 15%.
Somehow by 2013 i ended up being 80Kg with a body fat of 21%.The highest weight and the worst shape of my whole life time.I was feeling very depressed deep down,i felt like i was giving up the one thing which i had a passion about.I was great full that i was able to start Jim Stoppani's Short Cut To Shred Routine on 22nd September 2013.That was the day where i decided to change my life forever and never look back.
This Amazing sport have helped me a lot in getting through tough times.I apply the Basic discipline to get things done in my life.Which has helped me with Time Management,Adaption etc.I will always be hungry for more,I want to be an Inspiration for someone one day.If i get there one day,that would be the day i believe,i reached the pinnacle.
