I have an on again off again affair with this industry. At one time in my life I was faithful to it. Motivation comes and goes. Distractions play a major role. I collect Oxygen magazines and would love to be a part of an issue one day. Time just keeps passing by, motivation sounds good, excuses are like something we all have. :) I wanted to transform my body yrs ago. Again, I was faithful at one point. I believe I've found the motivation this time to keep me going. One let down after another and now its time to make "me time". I'm always putting others first, sacrificing myself and my happiness, my health, my body....I like being a headturner....I miss being a headturner....so here goes nothing...

I like the way I feel after. I haven't been consistent enough to see results. I am trying now.
