I started my senior year of high school when i got a Bowflex. I started by just wanting to stay in shape. I was only 135 lbs., and when I started to gain a little size I got more serious and changed my goal to getting bigger and more ripped rather than just general health.

I love seeing the changes in my body and has given a lot more self confidence.
