Always been active, but quite obsessive with cardio. Very disciplined with diet during the week and then blowing it on weekends, spinning my wheels, getting no where. Personal trainer at my gym encourged me to begin strength training for overall health, fat loss, and strength. I starting lifting, tracking calories/macro and got out of denial about my diet.
