At the age of 17, I used to be the super skinny boy in school. After giving it some thought, I decided that it's time to make a change. I joined a gym, and met my trainer who significantly changed my life by helping me get the body I've always wanted!

Going to the gym has become like a sanctuary to me, it is the only place where i'm isolated from any stress, problems, and the whole world! The constant challenge and pushing the limit, that's what wakes me up every morning.
