I have worked out/ran for at least 12 years. It was not until 2 years ago when I was approached to be in a bikini model show that I truly evaluated the way I ate and worked out. I was lean but did not have very much size to me. I researched clean eating and started a meal plan from there. I began to lift 5 days a week still with cardio 6 days. After the show, I realized that I wanted to gain more muscle. I started lifting heavier weights, cut down on the cardio and ate a lot more protein. I started seeing changes that I loved. I have been hooked since.
Why I Love it
I love working out because it gives me the energy I need to complete my day. It also allows me to focus on just me for that time that I am in the gym. I have loved seeing the results that I have gotten and want to continue to change and add muscle mass.
