in 2011 i seen a picture a family member took of me and I was like wow that's what I look like ewww. I thought to my self this is what everyone else sees me as. well then I new I was unhealthy and need a change. Jan of 2012 my gym was doing a resolution challenge and so i figured I would give it a try, so I entered and started at 183lbs with 120lbs of muscle. the challenge was 3 months long and i finished in third place at 162lbs. my husband has taught me everything I know now. I was afraid of the weight room at first but now I love it! I love to lift as heavy as I can. I currently lift 3 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week.
it has just really transformed my body. I feel more energized and I am in the best shape of my life. I was 125lbs skinny when I was in high school after having my son in 2000 I gained the most weight ever of198lbs and today I am 133.6. my new goals are to be fit with great muscle tone and about 125 to 128 lbs with hopefully 16% bodyfat
