At the age of 13-14 i was really fat , and i always wanted to loose weight because i wasn't confident of how i was looking
and i really needed a change , my dad helped me loose over 65 lb in a couple of months , when i weighed almost 200 lb at the age of 14 lost 65 lb i maintained my weight until i was 16 i started cross fit at the age of 17 lost a couple of pounds of fat then i started bodybuilding because i always loved bodybuilding its been my passion for years and I've been doing it for almost a year now I'm looking forward to become a pro bodybuilder in the future ..

Bodybuilding is a way of life , it becomes a lifestyle , like waking up in the morning prep your meals eating your meals on time eating 5 to 6 meals sleeping 8 to 9 hours its not just working out , it becomes a lifestyle and it makes you more healthy stronger and a better looking person for why i started working out and becoming healthy is because i went from obese to fit , bodybuilding is my passion and me not pumping iron doesn't make any sense , i will never quit bodybuilding or think of not working out because i wake up early in the morning thinking about how bodybuilding changed my life. more to come in the future
