I decided when my third child was born and I was about to turn 30, that I had to do something about the way I looked. I joined a gym as soon as he was old enough for the childcare, I have been working out since then and he's almost 13 now.

It relieves stress and I feel really good after a hard workout. I love to watch my body change and see progress in myself. I really enjoy competing. It's addicting!
