I got started in working out when i started playing rugby, it was a great feeling that i got, a high if you will. So i continued throughout high school until i got into a relationship that didn't favor working out, but i have since become a single man once again and i find that working out my body has a great effect on my mood, and how i perceive the world and everyone in it.
