Growing up, I was always playing sports. I was very athletic but not fit. After graduating high school, I joined a gym and have been addicted ever since. Along the way, I put my career ahead of myself so I have become a yo yo dieter (gaining and losing the same 20 pounds every other month it seems like) . Now that I am in my early thirties, I'm determined to become my best self. I joined this site for inspiration and accountability purposes. I want to continue to make myself a priority while juggling all the little details life throws at us.
