I started the Summer that I was 18 years old. I had a Summer job in a differnt city and didn't know anyone, so I just hit the weight room and loved it.

I like to feel strong. I like it when people see how much weight I can move and are surprised. I'm small and not ripped, but I've been doing this for 20 years, so I have some pretty mature muscle and good form, so I can move those weights.
