In high school i was tired of being the "big" guy. Little did I know at this time that being the "big" guy did not necessarily mean the fat guy. So I ran and ate very little to get rid of my size which i did very well; but I was left with no muscle tone and a long neck. I realized this was not how i wanted to look at 165 Lbs and began to lift without education behind it. Soon in college I remembered being told about this site from my dad and never looked back. Once you know what your doing it is fun. Also picking up a book on nutrition doesn't hurt.

It's about an hour or so where I can shut down the world and push myself hard for no one else but myself. The only person I can let down is myself and that is not an option.
