Hello, my name is Steve Spain. I am a retired 64 year old Supplier Quality Development Engineer, living in Newark Ohio. I started working out again on January 1, 2012 with goals of reducing my weight to 175# and my percent body fat below 20%. I achieved those goals and now want to take my physique to new levels. I have grown spiritually, mentally and emotionally as well as striving for my best body ever. My reliance on my God and my focus on working out has kept me moving forward.

I love Bodybuilding because is has become the cure for aging. My fitness will make me a better manager, father, grandfather and boyfriend. I look forward to helping others improve their health and wellbeing.
